Can I change the electrodes with PH 20?

No with the 20 series it is not possible to exchange the electrode. Only from the 60 series did we use our innovative technology to replace the electrode .

How often can you use the calibration solution?

The calibration solutions can be used up to 10–15 times. After that, you should swap the solution. If the solution is dirty or cloudy, the reading could be falsified. To avoid this, change the fluid regularly. Also note the expiration date of the solution. If you do not know when your solution is best, you can enter the batch number here and you will receive the information.

What do I do if my device is defective?

If your device no longer works properly, contact the seller. In that case to Amazon or eBay. There you apply for a return and send in the device. There is also the option of submitting a warranty claim to ins's support. Here, however, the shipping fees for sending in apply. We therefore recommend that you send the device to the seller.
