What is the difference between EC20 and EC60?

The EC60 is the premium version: It also measures TDS and salinity, features a replaceable electrode (EC60-E), and has a two-color LCD display (blue in measurement mode, green in calibration mode). The EC20 is the entry-level model with a fixed electrode and EC-only measurement.

What parameters does the EC60 measure?

The EC60 simultaneously measures electrical conductivity (EC) (0 to 20.00 mS/cm, ±1% F.S.), TDS (0.1 ppm to 10.00 ppt), salinity (0 to 10.00 ppt), and temperature (0 to 50 °C, ±0.5 °C) with automatic temperature compensation.

Can I replace the electrode on the EC60?

Yes, the EC60’s electrode is replaceable. The EC60-E electrode is available as a replacement. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the electrode for 6 months and the device for 2 years.

How do I calibrate the EC60?

The EC60 supports automatic calibration with automatic buffer recognition at the touch of a button. Calibration solutions and calibration vials are included in the package. The two-color display turns green during calibration, allowing you to immediately recognize that the device is in calibration mode.
